"full" in Thai

อิ่ม

Unstarted

Notes

This is for when your stomach is full.

If you want your car to be filled up with petrol, you need to use instead the word "to fill up".

The following is a story about a foreigner who went to a petrol station in Thailand with his Thai girlfriend: The girlfriend went into the shop and left the man to ask the pump attendant to fill the car with petrol. The man said to the pump attendant "stomach full please". The pump attendant looked at him mystified. The girlfriend eventually came back and helped clarify. Don't make the same mistake!
